Post-Void dribbling.. is this normal?I am a 27 year old male, healthy 6'2", 185lbs, very active and work out a lot. For some years now, everytime I urinate, I need to stand there and shake it and do the "milking the urethra" thing for a few minutes to try to get all the drops of urine out, otherwise when I put my pants but up I get wet underwear. I can't always get everything out, even after I take a few minutes of doing the above, then when I put my pants back up and walk around or especially sit down, usually a few more drops of urine still comes out. This is very very annoying and I was wondering if this is normal or if I should see a urologist? or is there anything I can do to help prevent this myself? maybe sitting while I urinate, etc.?
Thanks!

I tried some other herbals when I stopped taking Uroxatral and they did not work. I took the single daily tablet of Uroxatral and no more dribbling. I hope to find an alternative, but this is what works for me know. I also have several kidney stones that I have been messing with since Mar 07. What a hassle.
Just wish I knew how important is it to stay hydrated when I was younger. And also not drink too much soda. I have another solution which I am trying right now. I have purchased an Qi Dong exercise video by Lee Holden which will get the whole body working better. I also have been getting some acupunture. I am trying to expedite the stone removal.
