need advice on incontinenceto make better or worse

Post a new topicby christopher on Sun Oct 21, 2007 3:28 pm

you see i have a problem i just moved and have a new doc he seems like he wants to help me but im afaid to ask him you see i have suffered with urge incontinece for about 9 years now and have had some real depression to deal with and now im really thinking of cutting my self or something else . i have talked with many people about my question you see with urge incontinence you have what i call the urge/splurge larger amount of urine comes out. and one person said the docs job is to make life more liveable for me and another person told me about 2 meds that would help me . i have tried meds for urge incontinece and they dont work well at all . the reason im afraid to ask the doc for these meds is because it would make the incontinence worse yet it would make it easyer to live with you see one is ? to make the bladder contract more and shrink and the other is to ? relax the lower sphincter and the urethra which would make make me dribble instead of urge/splurge resulting in no wet spots you see when i moved my medicaid changed and the diapers i was getting were the tena super over night which could handel the urge/splurge but now i get some really cheap crap and i have wet spots alot i have had to deal with the incontinence for about 9 years now and i am use to the fact that i have to wear a dam diaper but now i want to die again because it is somewhat easy to hide the fact that i have a diaper on but it is imposible to hide the wet spots i have thought about just getting things off the intrenet like caths which are dangerus or just getting the meds myself there are some websites that sell drugs to public with out needing a perscription but id reather take them with the docs help or another thought is to kill myself and end the miserable life i have been handed the names of the meds are bethanechol chloride and diazepam any advice would be helpfull thanx chris
