hello, i'm a 22year old male and i keep leaking whilst asleep. this has been happening for some months now - every now and again. at first i thought it was cause i was drinking too much water before bed but even when i empty my bladder 10mins before falling asleep i get the same problem.

it's really annoying as i have no idea why this is happening or how to treat it. i went to a GP and he told me to not drink anything 2 hours before bed, but that hasn't solved things.

is there a treatment i can get from the chemist? someone please help me with this issue
