bladder sling surgery?Hello! I am 47 years old and have been seriously considering surgery for urge incontinence. I'm really glad I found this forum because it doesn't sound like it works too well at all. Not only that, it sounds as if it often causes more problems than before. I haven't read any positive posts regarding this procedure. Has anyone out there had positive results from this treatment?
Sponsored LinksRe: bladder sling surgery?I was suffering from stress incontinence which began several years after my total hysterectomy. I finally had my bladder sling surgery and it completely changed my life! NO MORE BLADDER PADS!
I bought "No Bladder Pad" panties (and a thong!!). Best thing I ever did, and it was the simplest and least inconvenient of all the surgeries I've had in my lifetime. In & out in a hurry and with the exception of a temporary uti, it was all over with and life returned to normal. I had an incredible doctor and the whole thing was a breeze. I highly recommend having this done. Any slightly unpleasant or inconvenient thing you might have to deal with is so much better than wetting yourself! Hope this helps and I wish you the best of luck! Lisa
Re: bladder sling surgery?Thank you for sharing your experience. I am to have this surgery in less than 3 weeks and have been thinking about reconsidering. I haven't found any positive posts until yours. I want to be rid of the incontinence but am afraid that things will get worse.
