CPAP not helpingI had a sleep study conducted and was diagnosed with moderate sleep apnea. I have been using a CPAP machine for over a year, but it has made absolutely no difference in the way I feel when I wake up. During both parts of the study, without the CPAP and then with CPAP, I had 0% stage 4 sleep. This is the stage that is supposed to be restorative and the most beneficial. Is there any way or any medication that could help me to get some stage 4 sleep?
