My wife has always been a bit slow and reserved (35 years married)she started to shuffle and when I pointed this out she rebuked me that at 60 she can; however her face became strained and when she was getting into bed the mattress would shake; later I noticed her arms hung down and did not swing; years earlier she had been a good tennis player, the only time she moved quickly.
