Working and Living With Neuopathy

I am a 50 year old Male and I have been living with Neuropathy for the past 2 years. As days go by, I experience an increase in pain and it sometimes becomes unbearable. I have to work and I am on my feet for about 14 hours each day. It is hard and difficult and I need to work. I am afraid that I can loose my job.
