well I am a women and im 37 years old. I never suspected that i would get a kidney stone. I had heard of them but thought nothing of them. They can do a 24 hour urine test to see if there is excess or insufficient elements in your urine like Calcium or Citrate. Also blood tests for Calcium and Parathyroid hormone can be done.
