I'm inquiring for my friend. She is in the process of a divorce and is seeing another man. They are planning a future together so this is not just a fling. The problem is that when the two of them get together for intimacy (they still have to keep it under wraps) he gets arroused and has an erection right up to intercourse but then it "Peters Out". She believes it is the stress of their secretive situation but they have tried Cialis but the problem persists and he ends up with a wicked headache.
He's 53 and she's 38. Any suggestions from those in the know??
