for me, the best thing to do is to confront him because it's not just about him... its also about you and you deserve to know what's going on with him since you're just starting a relationship. So ask him politely about that matter. He is going to be defensive at first but you need to understand coz it's not easy for him too. Patience and understanding if you REALLY love him.
