Skin Rash

Post a new topicby Guest on Fri Jul 13, 2001 1:21 pm

I love to swim but everytime I am in the pool I develop a skin rash, primarily under my arms, the backs of my legs and the top of my thighs. The rash is red and itches like crazy. Is there anything I can use or do for my skin in order to continue going in the pool. This happens at any pool using cholorene.

Perhaps you are allergic to the chlorine. While this is not a permanent solution, perhaps you could try an antihistamine prior to swimming. This may eliminate the allergic response.

Body rash could be precipitated by many reasons ,one of which is the exposure to excessive heat. Body rash which occurs due to heat is known as Prickly heat. It is a common condition in which areas of the skin itch intensely and often feel prickly, or sting, due to overheating. Also called heat rash prickly heat looks like tiny bumps surrounded by an area of red skin. It usually occurs on clothed parts of the body, such as the back, abdomen, neck, upper chest, groin or armpits and goes away on its own within a few days. In severe forms, however, prickly heat can interfere with the body's heat-regulating mechanism and cause fever, heat exhaustion and even death. Coriander Extract is very effective in resolving the symptoms of body rashes.

You can explore www.mamaherb.com regarding natural ways offered by public for resolving body or skin rash and you can see all the comments for it and to how many people it really helped so far.
