Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

I have L adrenalectomy secondary to adrenal adenoma. After it I developed chronic fatigue, joint pain, swelling, weakness, general muscle pain, wasting, insomnia, depression and somehow my sexual desire power was reduced as well. At that time Drs did not give me any help and I felt frustrated.
My CORTISOL levels were 0, now the level is going up but the fatigue was so strong until the point of taking me to bed for 20h a day. They found my testosteron level LOW.
