Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

I have had carpal tunnel for a number of years now. When I forget to use the wrist braces when I sleep sometimes I wake up and my thumb, index and middle fingers are numb. When I lived at my last apartment I had no dish washer and my boyfriend went out and bought 24 new drinking glasses at a local thrift shop.
