Just recently i had been showing symptoms of Bruxism, but i had remembered an ex-girlfriend of mine telling me i was grinding my teeth while asleep. But this was 5yrs ago, so it slipped my mind and it was set in my mind that i had a toothache. Then my jaw would be so sore in the morning and a headache, and my ear would hurt so bad.
