I have to get a biopsy done in my breast. The dr. said he could do it in his office. Or i could go to hospital. Has anyone had this done in the surgeons office? How painful is it?

Depending on your surgeons office, most only offer local anesthesia which can be very effective. However at a hospital you could also have IV sedation or complete anesthesia depending on your level of anxiety, etc. Just choose the one you feel most comfortable with, good luck.
