Has anyone used Saw Palmetto for an enlarged prostate? I would like to order several different things online, including Saw Palmetto. Any success stories? Suggestions? Thanks.

I recently discovered this website and noticed no one had responded to your post. About eight years ago, at 64 years old, I started feeling an urgency prior to urinating and started taking Saw Palmetto softgels. The urgency never really went away, but it never became severe. Unfortunately the latest study says that Saw Palmetto is of no value. I still take it and so far no other symptoms. It is a choice you have to make yourself. If it works for you keep taking it, if not, stop.
