Bell's Palsy

I have been diagnosed with Bell's Palsy four times. This bout has lasted 2 years with residual paralysis. I woke up a week ago with numbness in same side as Bell's Palsy in right shoulder, right side of neck, part of right arm, and collar bone right side. Could this be related in some way? Any information you could give me would greatly be appreciated.

Bells palsy involves the seventh cranial nerve ( nerve that supples the muscles of the face). The symptoms you describe would not be likely to be related. I would let your doctor know as soon s possible, so that a full neurological exam can be done.

I am scheduled for MRI of cervical spine September 20th and have appointment with upper extremity specialist, shoulder, arms and hands September 30th, soonest could get in to see him.

I think you can get the medcine from other countries,such as China.As you know,there are some medcines that are special to Bell's palsy,why not try ?
