I have had bells palsy for a week now I was wondering what are some signs of bells palsy getting better?

I have had bells palsey for exactly one week also and I am as anxious as you to find out. I have talked with numerous people who have had it and nearly all have recovered fully which is extremely encouraging.

You will know it. I remember how excited I was when I was finally able to 'spit' the toothpaste out of my mouth! That took months for me, but mine was a really bad case. It also took five months to close my left eye. I was able to close it at night to sleep, so that was a great thing and a real blessing from God. Just be patient and look for even the slightest improvement. Be thankful in all things! This is going to take time and lots of rest. Try to keep your stress level way down. Put yourself first, you will be glad you did.

I had BP about 4 years ago. This is so important that you do this-my Bells after 3 weeks was not getting much better, someone told me there was a chiropractor that did facial massage for BP. I didn't think it would even work, but I was so upset it did not get better, I tried it, in two weeks it was almost gone. A woman I work with never had this done and never fully recovered. The only thing I still have it that my left eye tears more than the other one.
Please give it a try!
