Hi Pam:
First of all I would like to thank you and your husband for protecting us.I am now 70 years old(very hard to believe as it seems like I was just in college a couple years ago).I am very active and am a salesman by profession owning my own company. Everything going well until the morning of May 29 2008.While brushing my teeth I found that when I tried to spit out water it came out sideways.I thought I was having a stroke and went to the hospital for a battery of tests and was diagnosed with bells palsey. As you can imagine I was devastated. I immediately started with the medical treatment but trying to sleep and the worry of it is driving me crazy.I have talked to many of my friends who have either had it or have had friends with it and the recovery rate I hear is about 90%. I pray that is correct.I am doing all the research I can to see what I can do to help the recovery as soon as possible.I pray for you and hope your condition improves and would love to hear from you. Dave from Michigan
